Aubrey Organics

After finding out my current mineral makeup has harmful ingredients, I came upon an article in my health store magazine...about Aubrey Organics. I use their cleanser w/CQ 10 in it & wow, is it good for the skin!! I now plan to start using the Aubrey Organics mineral makeup....all their products are chemical free....and I love them.
Ladies need to know that just because a product says "natural" on it, does "not" make it natural. You need to look for the organic label on these products... just like you would household ones. I hope some of these other cosmetics companies will start to really focus on the good ingredients & better their products for the consumers.
EDITOR'S NOTES:
Thanks Pat for the info.
Aubrey Organics is one of my favorite companies. They have been creating natural and organic products for many years. My personal favorites are their Rosa Marquetta trio of products. The ingredients are great, the cleanser and toner leave my skin feeling clean but not dry but my favorite is the moisturizer. I use it everyday and love how it makes my skin feel - soft and supple and not greasy. My mineral makeup goes on beautifully over it.
Speaking of mineral makeup Aubrey Organics does not offer mineral makeup what they do is offer is translucent bases and blushes. They are similar in application to mineral powders but the ingredients are very different.
Below are the ingredients in Silken Earth Translucent Base from Aubrey Organics:
INGREDIENTS: Silk powder, copernicia cerifera (carnauba) wax, organic tapioca starch, lauroyl lysine, organic cinnamomum zeylanicum bark powder, organic aloe barbadensis leaf, oryza sativa (rice) starch, tocopherol (vitamin E), iron oxides, silica.
The coverage seems to be sheer and light but according to many reviewers may not be as good as covering imperfections as mineral makeup.
