Gram flour for full body cleansing.

by Joya Chauhan
(New Delhi, India)

All u beautiful ladies try this one and u'll never need a soap or body wash. Mix gram flour, rice powder and a bit of turmeric and keep it in a container. Every time you go for a bath take two spoonfuls in bowl, add milk or yoghurt, lemon juice, honey in a bit of cream or malai also if u have dry skin. Make a thick paste. Now rub it all over your wet body and face with hands or loofah as you do with your body wash. Rinse it off. U'll feel absolutely clean, smooth and moisturized skin instantly. You'll never need to use any soap or face wash again. It's been a part my bathing routine for last fifteen years.

Shower Gel

by Rose Baca
(Albuquerque New Mexico )

Honey, sugar, oats and soap make an exfoliating shower gel that can work as a mask and bubble bath.

EDITOR'S NOTES:

Thanks Rosa.

I don't use soap on my face but this would make a good mask without the soap. These ingredients together make a great shower scrub.
