Do You Have A Favorite Skin Exfoliant Recipe?

facial massage Making your own skin exfoliant is one of the easiest ways to try making your own natural skin care. Just a few simple ingredients and there you are some really healthy, good for your skin care.

Once you try it you will begin to look at the produce in your refrigerator in a whole new way. Save a little of that cucumber or avocado you were going to use in your salad. Put aside a few extra strawberries. Mix in a little honey or oil and some oatmeal or ground almonds and there you go a great exfoliant.

It helps if you know which ingredients work best for you skin type, check out homemade face exfoliant for some ideas but sometimes it's just fun to experiment and see what works.

Skin anywhere on our bodies benefit from exfoliation. I am a fan of skin brushing as a gentle way to exfoliate and stimulate the skin on our bodies but it's also fun to make a homemade skin exfoliant.

If you're someone who looks at a peach or a container of yogurt and thinks about all the good things this will do for your skin than we need you and your favorite recipes.
