Coffee Oatmeal

What You Will Need:
Fine Grind Coffee
Oatmeal (Cinnamon Flavor or Plain)
Yogurt (Plain or Apple Flavor)
Canola Oil

Optional:
Cinnamon
Apple Bits


Start by adding 2 1/2 Tbl Spoons of Coffee to a small bowl.

Secondly, add in two capfulls of Canola Oil.
Two (regular sized) spoonfuls of your yogurt.
(if you choose to add apples and cinnamon add them now)

Finally, add a handful of oatmeal and stir.

This will create a nasty brown looking result, but great for stimulating the skin.
