Occupation: For over a decade, I co-owned and co-managed, along with my mother, Olde Trail Natural Foods in Brazil, Indiana. The establishment is now called Blue Moon Gifts, and carries, along with supplements, an incredible line of New Age items. During my time at the store, I took classes in the Philosophy of Natural Health through Clayton College of Natural Health, Birmingham, Alabama, at the PhD level.

After selling the store, I moved to Florida where I taught Advanced English and Honor’s History at a private high school and worked as an academic mentor at the University of North Florida. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, and a Master’s degree in American History.

I currently live in upstate New York, where my husband, a scientist, works in heart research. My passion is researching and trying natural products, whether they be for cleaning or for personal use. My goal is to leave as little a carbon print as possible, to live as green as possible, and to encourage and help others to do the same.
